This error usually occurs when trying to open a book by using a cached or saved .odm file.

- Please delete any saved .odm files, clear your web browser's cache, login to your library account, and download the title again.
- If prompted to "open" or "save" the .odm file, select "open" so OverDrive Media Console can acquire the license and allow you to download right away.
