Q. What are the guidelines for proctoring an exam at NHCPL?

In support of lifelong learning, NHCPL will proctor exams for New Hanover County citizens in distance education programs.

This is often the only way a citizen can obtain specialized programs of study in a cost effective manner.

Patrons will need to have a NHCPL Library Card OR an Internet Only Card to use the computers.
